Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Drop us a message—we’ll let you know if we can offer an exchange based on stock availability. Exchanges follow the same return conditions and timeframes.
